Zeus, as the father king of gods and men was worshipped at hilltop temples where he was petitioned as the rain god from at least 1600 BCE. Over time, he and his family will move to the peak of Mount Olympus in Greece. Zeus, as rain god and as the caretaker of men and gods operates from the lower heavens with his power house team of zodiacal gods.
